I think its better to consult the hair expert. It better you can try  olive oil with castor and apply gently in the roots of hair.It will provide nutrients to your hair.

Try looking in the long hair section of this forum or reading some of the journals. they have all the info you need. some journals like mine have been around for 2 plus years and i grew out from a  short pixie cut.

Get your hair regularly cut every 6-8 weeks at your hairdresser to keep your hair looking healthy and trust me you'll notice a difference. That means not putting a lot of product in and i would recommend not using the oil. Good Luck! You should eat whole minarals...

I've heard fish oil capsules help hair growth but I've never tried it so I don't know if it's true.

Fruits and vegetables contain important antioxidants that can help protect hair and promote hair growth faster.Try massaging your scalp every day. Massage helps to promote blood circulation and hair follicle and removes dead cells and helps unclog pores, which allow the hair to grow freely. A good time to do massage your scalp when washing your hair.

One of the best tips of hair growth is to buy a natural homemade hair oil called Mira, which is a combination of oils and herbs that make growing longer tresses possible. Apply in the evening and gently massage the scalp and then wash in the morning. You will find the hair grows much faster.

I would make sure you are not washing your hair too often so that the natural oils will can help it grow.  Getting it cut every 6-8 weeks worked really well for me, it kept my hair really healthy.  Good luck!

Excessive stress will slow down your hairs growth rate and it will make it weaker. It is very important to reduce your stress level as much as you can to get a hair and life more healthy.

Here are tips you can use to grow your hair longer and stronger:

1. Follow a Healthy Lifestyle
Before we get to the outside, we need to take care of the inside. Yes, what you eat, drink and how you treat your body has an effect on your hair. You need to eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables, drink enough water and exercise regularly for your body's overall health. Since your hair grows directly from your body, when you treat your body well, your skin, nails and hair benefit, too. People who suffer from vitamin deficiencies and unhealthy diets can suffer from dry, brittle hair.
2. Get Regular Trims
This sounds counterproductive if you want your hair to grow longer, but trims help get rid of dry, damaged and split ends which can work their way up the shaft of your hair, causing even more damage. A trim is defined as removing

Ok, this is going to sound obvious, but if you want to grow you hair, don't cut it! Sooo many people think that trimming your hair will make it grow. I am not sure I believe that snipping off a piece at the bottom of an essentially dead hair will stimulate it to grow from the root.

I am not sold. But, it can make your hair look thicker, healthier and shinier based on the pattern of natural hair fallout.

Just keep your hair in good condition by conditioning it and combing it through gently to avoid split ends. And DON'T cut it.

Hi there,
It really matters what you eat so why not eat the right food for your hair to grow stroing and fast

Hair care food

Carrots
It's not just the eyes, Vitamin A-rich carrots provide excellent nourishment for the scalp. A healthy scalp ensures shiny, well-conditioned hair that is strengthened and moisturised. An overall balanced diet of lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, fatty fish like the Indian salmon and low-fat dairy are great boosters for healthy hair.

Prunes
If your hair suffers from dryness, thinning, stiffness, discolouration or hair fall, depleting reserves of iron might be the culprit. Prunes are known to be great sources of iron and greatly help improve the quality of hair. Also ensure you get plenty of green vegetables and beetroots in your diet in addition to prunes.

Green peas
Although green peas are not rich in antioxidants or any specific vitamin or mineral, they contain a well-balanced amount of vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc and B group vitamins. These are essential for maintaining healthy hair.

Oats
Not only are oats loaded with fiber that helps maintain a healthy heart and bowels, they also contain a high concentration of other essential nutrients such as zinc, iron and omega-6 fatty acids. Together, these are also knows as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). Omega-6 fatty acids in particular are essential to maintain normal skin, hair growth and development. Since this essential ingredient is only obtained through the diet, make sure your breakfast includes a bowl of oatmeal every few days in the week.

Shrimp
While red meats are best avoided in excess, finding an appropriate substitute for proteins might be a little difficult for those looking to build muscle etc. Alternatively, of the wide variety of sea food available, shrimps are a great substitute. They not only go excellently well in a number of curries and pastas, their potent concentration of Vitamin B12, iron, zinc contain all the necessary nourishment to prevent hair loss.

Walnuts
Not to be outdone by the oats, walnuts are one of the most hairfriendly nuts in the category. Not only do walnuts have more omega-6 fatty acids than any other food, but they're also full of zinc, iron, B vitamins (B1, B6 and B9), and plenty of protein. However, a word of caution, walnuts also contain a small trace of selenium, a mineral known to cause hair loss in people who are selenium-deficient or have way too much in their system. So a handful of nuts over the week should tide you over without much trouble.

Eggs
For a head full of healthy hair, the egg is probably one of your best friends. It's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts. Being deficient in any of these vitamins and minerals is known to result in poor quality of hair. In addition it's also a good source for biotin (Vitamin B7) which is a great aid to fight hair loss.

Low fat dairy products
Low-fat dairy products like skim milk and yogurt are great sources of calcium, an important mineral for hair growth. They also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources. Add a cup of yogurt or cottage cheese to your snack list and to help prevent hair loss, stir in a few tablespoons of flaxseed or walnuts for your required dose of omega 3 fatty acids and zinc.

Just got a thought - have you tried argan oil? The stuff is packed with all kinds of nutrients that are great for skin hair and nails. I am sure you can also buy capsules, there is even a powder form.
