Need to buy new hair in San Fernando Valley

My Hairlocs hair is over a year old and I need to buy new hair. Where can I go to get top quality hair with variety of light colors in San fernando Vallkey? I ordered 25 strands from hairlocs recently and the quality was awful- nothing like i bought a year ago - also I hear they have closed their shop.
