what is lace wig with hidden knot

some people often complain lace wig is not natural like real skin.
although the knot have been very small on lace, when you close the wig
to see, you still can see the knot on the top.
the cap constuction of hidden knot is 3 layers base,  hair is knotted in middle layer.
