paul mitchell pm shines

I'm not familiar with paul mitchell color or pm shines for that matter.  I use matrix haircolor inmy salon, but the place where I get my color is out of what I need.  So, here's my question.  I'm going to do a highlight and my clients hair I would say is a level 6.  She wants highlights and wants a pale blonde.  So I would like to tone it.  I bought a 9 v and 9n of pm shines.  What is the mixing ratio?  And how of the developerdo I use too?  Am I using the right pm shine colors.  What would u suggest?
