How to?

I want to do this with my hair. My hair is about this length.I have every size curling iron but I can't figure out how to make my hair look like this. Any suggestions? Thanks

The pic you have posted is yours or someone else? If is it yours, then your hair look very cool and stylish. You don't need to curl it more.
