I am newly registered around here but I've been reding you for a while. I am so happy I found this. Tons of useful advice Tongue

I am trying to make my own shampoo with no chemicals. The receipe I have contains distilled water.  Now, is it the same water we use for the car or for ironing? The one you can buy in the supermarket or petrol stations?
I don't want to put God knows what in my hair. It's falling anyway Confused

Can anybody help me here, please?

Here's the receipe:

4 oz of castile soap with any scent is that available

I would say, in my opinion, that it is just the same distilled water that you can buy in the grocery stores in the gallon jugs.   I don't see why it wouldn't work in your recipe.   Sounds good!
