Hey, I'm new to the forum and was just wondering if there is anything you can do for a receding hair line. I'm fairly young and i was curious whether it was possible to grow back the hair that is somewhat thinning on the sides, or if you could make it thicker. I have heard biotin works for some but I do not know if I should try it or not. If there is anything I can do please let me know.

Well, there are amny things you can consider.
I would go easy on the heavy stuff, because you are young and you could probably regrow your hair independantly, with the right book to guide you.  There are many methods to regain hair.

These are articles on every aspect, very informative and helpful.

I hope this helps you!

Hi Bballer,
For a receding hair line it is best to get started on Rogaine (minoxidil) as soon as possible. The earlier you start the better. Although rogaine shows best results when used on the crown, some people have reported regrowth on the temples and frontal regions. Hope this helps! :)

Don't worry about it much. You can overcome it by using natural hair products and therapies.
