Does anyone know of hair dressing and styling

Does anyone know of hair dressing and styling that actually look hair "beautiful"? It seems that most of the males and females from this generation have been straightening/curling their hair (myself included) for at least 5 years now....So from doing this, my hair is now completely dried out/over processed, so is with a lot of other girls.  I have searched the information regarding hair styling and dressing in various journal and different websites. Which actually provide something to give hair "weight"?

I have asked my friends to tell me some websites which give me proper information about hair care and hair styling but I found nothing can give me better result finally "I guess there is no such sites which give me proper or useful information about hair styling and hair coloring".
