help newbie with oils and hair regrowth

hi all ive just bought lemon,rosemary,lavender,chamomile,ylang ylang and cedarwood oils and was wondering how id go about making a mix for messaging into my head for hair regrowth, also are any of these carrier oils and what would be a carrier oil i have vegetabkle oil in the fridge is that one thanx :) also i have scaly head so a mix for that would be great 2

I would get apricot it absorbs quickly and you can also use it on your face. I dont think you can use vegetable but you can use olive just search it on google or this site has a few different ones  stargazer0262007-05-31 04:05:59

im pretty sure you can use sunflower/safflower oil as well. it's pretty light.
