 What products shall I use??

My 2 year old Afican American baby boy has the nappiest hair. I tried J & J products, Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Grease(but no petrolum in it) form. Medicated shampoos nothing works. Help me Please

i suggest going to the African American board this one is VERY SLOW you may not get a response. :)
