caps?

im tyrna grow my hair out and im just wonderin when u go to sleep does wearing a doo-rag or cap stop breakage or helps it grow, or does it makes ur hair worse

actually i was wondering this also because im letting my hair grow too and i first comb my hair after i put pomade on then i  wear my  du-rag when i got to sleep.

if your growing it out may be you shouldn't do anything to but comb and not wear the cap at night
