Heya Guys,

I am having this hair style done to my hair on wednesday.

this is me at the moment

as u can see my eyebrows are quite dark and keith urbans are very light. I don't know if he dyes his or if its natural, i assume he dyes them as there light here and darker in other pictures,

my eyebrows are dark and was basically wondering

1.) how hard or dangerous it is to color them lighter yourself

2.) how much it would cost to be done proffesionally (UK price)

3.) Could i do anything to them to make them look lighter without dye? (Preferably id like to do this) because there quite thick:S would plucking them to thin them out or something make them lighter... im a dude and never thought id find myself plucking my eyebrows, but to save money if thining them down would work, i might aswell try it

please help! anything would be appreciated!

thanks:)

xx(apologis if its in the wrong place)

If you're having your hair lightened/dyed you can have your eyebrows (and even eyelashes) also lightened to match.

If you're planning on going as light as Keith's hair, I'd recommend getting your eyebrows done by a pro.  I'd imagine that it wouldn't be a great idea to dry it yourself, as volatile chemicals near the eyes doesn't always end well for the inexperienced.

As for thinning them down:  Yes, it would appear "lighter" but not in the way that you'd want.  You'd have more sparse, thinner brows, but they'd be a thinner, sparser black, not the lighter blonde/brown that you'd want.

I'd recommend speaking to your stylist/colorist.
