Los Angeles Salons - Hair Relaxing

After much thought, I've decided to get my hair relaxed.  I'm sick of constantly having to flat iron my hair, and finding that I'm never satisfied with the results.  The problem is that I haven't had my hair relaxed in over six years, and the salon I last went to for the treatment is no longer around.  I want to make sure I get my hair relaxed at a trustworthy salon (the last thing I need is to end up bald). 

Does anyone know of a good, reasonably priced salon in the Los Angeles area where I can get my hair relaxed?
