Anyone living in Oregon out there?

Just curious! Always nice to be able to talk to people in your area about things going on in your neck of the woods...

I am not from Oregon but I work for a mortgage company and wanted to know if you feel there is alot of people in your area looking to buy homes but have credit challenges. I am looking to start advertising in the newspapers and wanted to know which will be the best one to use.
