 The Abortion of African American Babies??

Ok I just thought i would share this with yall. Bill Bennett former  Secretary of Education during the Reagan era mad a comment on the abortion of African American children. He said this would lower the crime rate. He came to this conclusion after reading Freakonomics. Yes the book said things about abortion, but never says anything about color. Do you believe this was a valid assumption?
