i read that mane n tail causes hair to grow back. is this true? has anyone tried it?

my friends also told me that it causes hair to grow. i think so...

I have just started using it last week and after 2 uses I have already noticed my hair and roots to be much stronher, shinier and thicker, and also experiencing new growth.
