Keanu Reeves Hairstyle (pics now work)

Hi,

I was wondering what this type of hairstyle is called and what styling product is used to achieve the look. Is it possible for straight hair?



Right now, I am in the middle of growing it to that length. But my hair at the front is not long enough to be swept behind the ear and keeps getting in my eye. It's fine if i use styling product to push it to the side during the day but its kinda annoying after I shower. Is there a cut I can go for without cutting the length? (Sry no pic).
