liquid vitamins

my husband and i were walking around the mall. there is stand where they had this new liquid vitamin by metabolife. the girl said liquid is better because vitamin pills only absorb 10 to 15% of the vitamin. the liquid absorbs it all. i never heard that pill vitamins only absorb a little! i know liquid absorbs faster than pills. some pills can take up to an hour. but i never heard it only absorbs alittle amount. i think it was a sells pitch. what does everybody think or know?
