I really would like to get back to taking silica again but I`m afraid that I`m going to get massive break outs like I did before. How much mgs should I start with so I don`t get any pimples? Also whats a good amount to take for great results? Thanks!

All over my face. The kind of silica I was taking was mostly Horsetail herb, that stuff was awful for my skin.

Horsetail herb causes me allergies ( eczema).
So, now I use silica gel ( silicon dioxide ) ( 140 mg
/ teaspoon ) and it`s fine. Found in natural products
shop.

Silica is a part of hair composition. I suppose it could help for growth.

Bye !
