where to go????????

About 2 years ago i moved from ny to florida - i cannot seem to find anyone who can cut my hair right--between bad haircuts-the water and the weather my hair no longer wants to curl but just frizz and frizz---I was wondering if someone might know of a salon in the orlando or east coast area who specializes in curly hair-i need help thanks
