Silica Plus Hair Vitamins

Has anyone been taking these vitamins and had good hair growth results. I read alot about them on naturallycurly.com and many people seem to have good results. I'm thinking about trying them. Thanks!

hi I don't take "hair vitamins" per se, but rather a multi(which contains all the usual things+ inositol and biotin)+amino acid supplements+vegital silica. I've been averaging about 3/4 to an inch every month, and my hair has gotten noticably thicker.
