William, could I have your advice please

Eva posted a message on the web about a product called Pro-Design. Apparently you just mix it with your bleach or color and it puts protein back in the hair and gives great condition and also makes any gray look like highlights.It seems to good to be true. What are your feelings about this, William.They have a website if you wanted to look. When I emailed them they were rather offhand.
