As ya know I have been trying L's method of growing your hair for 3-4 months to get deeper waves.I now have a afro and i'm gonna get it cut soon.But as of now I see know waves.I'm wondering if the waves are still even there.LoL praying they are.

Hey welcome back BX!

Damn...! U got a mini afro? I didn't even wait that long to the point where I can't even see the waves. They prolly still ther, is yo brush penetrating to the scalp tho? Seem like it would be hard to brush, u prolly have to cake that sh*t w/ grease too...

Ewww, i dunno know about dat bx. When I cut my hair off afta havin braid my waves were no were near as good as the ones I use to have. It didn't take me long to get 'em back but damn, I aint on that level I used to be on.

So, I don't see what growing your hair out that long would really do. It should really just be 4-5 weeks imo.
