Regenetresse Hair-Product

So, after years of taking medication, my hair began to thin and even become oily and breakable. I went through a detox, which helped with the thinning just a bit, but I still had problems.

So, I purchased the Regenetresse Hair-Product Kit (1, 2, 3). I had a question about the usage.

Once a week, I use Neutrogena Shampoo Cleanse (removes build-up) and a couple days later, twice a week, I use the Regenetresse Shampoo. Other days are normal shampoo and conditioner which my hair loves.

I had a question about growing my hair though since I miss having my longgg hair until I started my medication (ends began to break and then my hair began to frizz).

Would it benefit me to use DHT Blocker AND the Follicle Stimulator? Reasons why it could be harmful maybe?
