How to achieve extreme wet look hair?

Hi,

lately I'm slicking back my hair in wet-look style and got lots of positive feedback for it. Now I've tried to do a stronger wet-look effect but can't get it right. I want my hair to look at least this wet over the day:


If possible even more wet. Are there any special products to use? I've already used lot's of wet-gels, but it doesn't look like it should.
