Has anyone done a weight loss surgery before?

Hi All,
There are two different kinds of weight loss surgery, one is called virtual surgery, and the second kind is called bypass surgery. What is the benefit of this kind of surgery? Are they common and excellence? Are there fearful side effects that affect anyone who does these surgeries? Does the surgery work property? What is the best one to do between the two kinds? I just want more information to learn about it, and thanks.

Do NO surgery for weight loss. I just can't condone any kind. If there is an exception it would be because your doctor recommended it, but for vanity reasons, no way.
