Bestlacewigs.com is the worst offender for scamming buyers. I ordered a unit from them that was NOT the same as was shown on their website. I learned the hard way when receiving my unit which was a disaster. Instead of a curly type fL I received a Brillo pad mess! Their customer service response: Try to fix it by adding your own curls. Really? Isn't this what I paid for?
I also filed a complaint with PayPal.
BTW:This company is also featured on a complaint board.

Sorry to hear of your problems. It is always frustrating when you get a product that is not what you had expected.
Could you please share what complaint board they are listed on? I would love to see the board so that I can prevent any future problems when ordering a wig.
