Ardell professinal lash extensions(problem)

I took a lash extension course earlier this year through the beauty supplier. I went in being very optimistic since i do not have full lash by any means. During the course things went well the trainer had said everythign was applied properly and looked great,,, problem was that once i left to go back to work they started to fall off!!! So now im wondering if any professionals have used the product and had similar results, or if anyone can recommend something better. ( i live in canada )
