A very common feature during the last few days before wedding, apart from the wedding plans, is the stag party or the hen party that is planned for the groom or the bride.
This is a party meant to celebrate the remaining period of singlehood that a person has and is usually planned by someone like a best friend or a brother or a sister. These parties are very restrictive so a stag party means only men and hen parties mean only women.
