Returning cosmetics to The Bay?

I bought a blush from NARS but it just doesn't work for me. I want to return it. I have the receipt and full packaging. Will I be able to return it? If so, do i get my money back in cash or do they give me some sort of store credit card? Also, do they usually question why you are returning it?
