im not overweight what so ever, i
just have a few pounds i need to lose in order to be comfortable. i am
between 123-125 depending on the day and i'm about 5'5. i have some
extra belly fat that im looking to get rid of. i don't enjoy running but
i will. when i run, i run the 1.8 mile route in my neighborhood. i want
to do some other exercises that dont involve running. i have weights,
and an exercise ball and i could do other things too. what are good
exercises that i can do that will get rid of my belly fat. i also eat
healthy
