i need help ASAP!!

ive been tryin to get 360 waves for about a month and no results only when my hair is almost a small bush i get 2 waves in da front but when i get my hair cut it go away i use 360 style sometimes, sportin waves sometimes , motions hair lotion , and wavebuilder ripple cream. wav enforcer military brush 

You're probably getting your hair cut too low.
