I recall someone (think it was sexibeach) saying that she wore LW's. Can anyone tell is this is too?

How can you tell?  At first I thought it just looks like natural bleached hair.  But now that I have been staring at it for 10 minutes, I think maybe it does look like a wig.  But I don't know why!

she is not a natural blonde, she started wearing them about the time she kept going back and forth with the hair colors, which i'm sure had to give her a lot of damage..and wearing them give her variety..
