Crazy Mikes hair needs help!

I am not a professional stylist but I have a hair problem I hope one can help. Michael has naturally super fine, white hair. His PH levels are a little higher than normal so his hair products need to accomodate that too. The problems are: #1 He has a few places that are darker (yellowish) and he would like them evenly white. #2 He has some uneven curlyness to it and he would like it silky and flat. Right now we are using the flat iron to remove the curl but we dont want to use any harsh chemicals because of the delicate texture of the hair. Any holistic suggestions or ideas?
