Lots & lots of mini-braids...

Hi there, I have been wanting to braid my hair and my sisters hair with those multiple mini braids - you know what I mean...well, no matter what style I choose and how many times I try, I cannot seem to get them to look right. Soooooo, I have been searching for a website with lots of tips on this style of braiding, after 2 hours now I am quite fed up! Ahhhhh! I can`t find anything on these braids!!

Can someone help me out here please? Give me some links with photos preferably?
