Back of the neck bump treatments?

Hello, looking for help resolving the issue of razor bumps, or ingrown hairs on the back of the neck.

I used Bump Stopper a couple of years ago and it worked very well. You have to use it on a consistent basis for about 3 to 4 weeks. I haven't used it since then. You have to remember to use clean blades, clippers etc. if your doing the baldy thing use a single edged blade. Double edged causes the not so sexy bumps.
