what to wear for a miami vice themed party HELP!!

hey guys... theres a party im planning on going to this saturday...and it's supposed to be "miami vice" themed...

and sooooooooo it would be EASY, if i werent A GIRL! lol.

i need some ideas of what to wear.... so if u have any pictures, or input on what i could put together, please let me know cuz im stuck. thanks!!
