Question about eyebrows

i don't know if this is the right place to post this and i hope it's not a dumb question. But when you go to get your eyebrows waxed do you tell them how you want your eyebrows shaped cause i was looking for a kind of thin but not too thin and a shape to my eyebrows. when i get them sugared the lady just does them and when i walk out sometimes i like them how they are done and sometimes it looks like she hardly touched my eyebrows. does ths sounds weird? i don't want to sound stupid i mean i want to get this stuff also cause my eyebrows in the one part is light towards the end of my eyebrow which also makes it worse. but anyway when you get your eyebrows waxed do you tell them how you want it done or just have them do it themselves? i see so many different women with different shapes and some are very nice that is why i am asking.

i totally can relate to that, i hate it i go to get my eyebrows done and i try to tell them what i want and they just ignore me practically and just like do whatever they want to it and it makes me mad

im paying for the service so they should honestly try and take into consideration what you want currently im trying to grow mine out so i can get a nice sleek shape not too thin not too thick because thick and natural eyebrows look eekk on my face but somehow the lady does this she keeps them a bit thick and i hate it god! but i guess ill have to swtich going there it also doesnt help when they dont speak much english so i guess thtas where the whole explaing thing doesnt work.

Either tell them what shape u'd like or if you have a picture shot of a brow shape u like, then take that in with you for reference.

eta: @ babyflwr.... u state u're trying to "grow ur brows out". Apply a little castor oil to them nightly.. this will help to grow them out sooner. However, it also thickens them, but u can then get them waxed, etc in the shape u like.

 Waxing all of it just sounds a bit too painful. I pluck most of it, but for the baby hairs, I wax.
