where to work in pheonix

I'll be moving to the Pheonix area in a few months. I know I'll have to start over buliding my clientele, where is a good place to start? I'm not that fond of day spas but would consider it. This is the tricky part, I'm trying to stay away from cost cutters type salons but also need benefits. I understand beggers can't be choosers and I will take what I can get, any help would be appreciated.
