Hey, new guy here :D

Can a vegetarian diet bring on thinning hair???   What kind of adjustments to diet promote hair health??

B VITAMINS VERY IMPORTANT. Balenced diet also. You will notice dogs with the finest coats are directly related to diet they consume . Hair is protein

I've been strictly vegetarian for about 8 years, you should be fine as long as you make sure to get enough protein still.  And I agree on the B vitamins, very very important in a vegetarian diet.  Lack of zinc could cause hair loss too, so you could always buy some vitamins specifically for hair- it'll have the b vitamins, zinc, and everything else you could be unintentionally missing from the exclusion of meat.
