i was wondering if anyone here has gotten butt implants? I heard its a growing procedure in the field of plastic surgery and looks alot more natural than breast implants cause they're solid silicon. If someone has had it done, i really wanna know your experience about it and are you able to sit normally after a couple months?

I saw a lady on TLC that had this procedure done. Her's did not look good. She was unfit and it looked like a huge muscle with alot of fat under it. It was gross. I think you'd still have to do butt exercises to tone that area for nice results. If it's a new procedures, you'd have to search for a good surgeon--that's if you're interested getting the procedure.

thanks jasmine! i haven't seen that episode of TLC where the results weren't good. the only show i saw was Dr. 90210 on E! and that girl was already thick ... just only lacking the rear, but then after she did it , it just seemed to complete her. They even did some liposuction on her butt to suck out the fat that might have been hanging.  i guess the one you were refering to didn't lipo...perhaps that was why fat was hanging. i wish i had caught the episode that you were talking about to see the negative side of it. Thanks again Jazz!

I've seen a couple TV shows that featured this procedure. And I do agree that it depends on the surgeon. On the two programs that I watched, one outcome looked great, but the other was horrible! The bad one didn't look natural at all! The implants seemed to be placed too high and looked really fake. It actually altered the woman's body shape in an awful way. I would do lots of research for a good Dr. and view all of their before and after pictures. I would even go so far as having the surgeon schedule an in person interview with you and one of his former patients of this procedure so you can see for yourself his work up close and personal! Nothing is too much to ask before embarking on this. If you decide to go thru with this, Good luck!

Id be more cautious of that procedure then most others, like breasts... after all a butt sees a lot more .... impact/pressure... how many times have you just plopped in a chair or fell... Id be afraid of sitting on my new butt
