i never break out, except for the occasional monthly zit. Within the past two weeks, my face has broken out horribly and I have no idea why, nor how to get rid of it. I use a face wash with salicylic acid in it and put some benzoyl peroxide on the zits before i go to bed, but they persist. they're not too noticeable unless i'm not wearing foundation, then they're semi small, very tender red bumps, all located on my lower cheeks from the apples down. it's so weird!!! any one have any suggestions? none of them want to go away...i think they've made a permanent home on my face!

Did you change your eating habits, are you dieting? Stress? Taking any new vitamins or supplements? Any drastic change in your lifestyle I believe can cause these zits.

Yah, that's odd. Maybe the weather? Midlife crisis? I am just kidding, I am sorry I couldn't help

LOL i'd hope it's not a midlife crisis...i'm only 17. it might just be my facewash---it's got salicylic acid in it, but it doesn't seem to be very good at removing my makeup.

Maybe you can try "Purpose" soap. Very gentle and very clean feeling.

You have perioral dermatitis, also known as muzzle rash for it's
location.

Just got it myself, and it's time to shell out for a dermatologist I'm
afraid.
