Vitamin E

I use the vitamin E pills, but I pop them and use the liquid on my stretch marks, and put it in my hair. Is this okay to do, I just started doing it about 2 days ago. Is it good to use on blemishes aswell?

Hey, fishoil is good for your hair to.Take u some of those pills.My mother-in-law works at GNC & she knows alot about pills & hair.
