white hairs!

Ok, here is the story. I was leaving to go to school and my boyfriend noticed 2 white hairs growing from the top of my head. I have naturally dark brown hair, and don't dye it. These hairs where a bit shorter then the rest of my hair, which is fairly long, but the hairs where still a good 4 inches in length. I don't see how they could have gotten that long without my noticing them before. How could it have just changed color like that? This just dosen't make sence to me. I'm only 20 years old. Does anyone know anything about this? Please E-mail me if you have any idea what this could be, I'm a little worried.

Please E-mail me if you have any idea what this> could be, I'm a little worried.I have done alot of reading on hair and gray hair is usually a form of a vitamin or mineral deficiency...i think it is selenium i am not sure but if i were you i would go buy some hair vitamins........i will look up what the deficiency could be and try to get back with you

its just life hun.
i had a boyfriend and it was stressfull for 1 1/2 yrs.
i got grey hairs at 18 and ulcers.
my mom has a grey spot on the right side of her head and mine is on the left. it may be hereditary.
at 35 now i have quite a few grey and or white hairs.
i read a post today about a pepper lotion in Japan scientists been playin with. Japanese use the pepper for cooking.

HHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMM makes ya think why some Japanese and chinese have dark hair all their life.
Ive not seen anything else on where to get it though.
