Lauren Conrad Hair Washing Habits

Lauren Conrad told Us Magazine in the July 14, 2014 issue that she only washes her hair "every three days" and minimizes use of heat as much as possible.

She said "and I tend to air-dry it (hair). Heat causes damage. Skipping a step helps."

It seems like every three days is a common time frame for many people to wet wash.

That's long been about my schedule unless it was a period where I was getting it super dirty. As of a few months ago, though, I only use shampoo once or twice a month, using baking soda and apple cider vinegar every 3 days or so. My hair looks better than it has in years.
