Haircut Advice

Dear Haircut Experts,

I am having problem with my hair cut style, i need advice from you.
Problem is that without any hair gel or Oil i cant brush my hair , they cant stand steady and in end i unable to make a hair style.

Few years back i have shaved my head and after that i unable to get a good cut for my hairs, i am very upset with my hair style , also went to many barbars but couldnt get it. I have long face and silky hair.

So please help me how can i get a style which will work without Hair gel and Hair Oil.
