Hey what a cool idea, looking for a weight loss buddy!

I just thought I'd sgare a tip I found. There's a dietary supplement called MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). Apparently you can get it over the counter but apparently it has a side effect of weight loss. That seems like a pretty good side effect to me. From what I read, it is the sulfur in it that causes the metabolism to work effectively.

I am sure there is a ton of info online. I haven't done more research than what I read by accident. Good luck
