If you want to sell something in forums then the main thing is you have to join the related forums first, it would really help you a lot believe me, on the other hand, you need to contribute to the forums first for better result.

This is actually false information.  All of the main forums are now watching closely for people who try to use the forums reserved for serious posters to sell products or services.
 
At HairTalk we actually bill anyone who posts ads here that are not pre-approved.  Also, we report the posters to other forums who we work with as a group to help try and stop these people who ruin it for people who want to talk about the topics they are interested in.
 
Finally, search engines are wise to some of the tricks you have posted about and many are no longer true.  Spamming a board is disrespectful and prevents people who want to be here from having a quality experience.
