Please Help ( straightening )

Soo iv decided to grow my hair out, and i straighten it most mornings cause i have naturally wavy hair.

This is what my hair looks like after straightening ..

My problem is, i want my hair to look like this,
( silky, soft and dead straight )..

What do i have to do, or put in my hair to acheive this result ( without ruining it)
