Removing Braids & Dreadlocks Safely, Fast,& Easy

Has anybody experienced having their hair matted or very tangled after taking out their braids or extensions for like 3 months?  They are so easy while in uni, but it is so frustrating removing weaves and braids.  

There is this product online called the Take Down Remover-but it is quite hard to find in London.

There are hairdressers who are mobile-who detangle tangled matted hair and takes out dreadlocks.  So if it happens to you call them in 0785-255-3110.

Just wanted to get this information out cause hair damage and hair loss is not an option for me.
